Legion 
Dalaran (nebo Dalaran City) je magický město, které bylo umístěné v Alterac Mountains v Eastern Kingdoms. Tohle byl nejhezčí království, které Arathor odmítnul jako Impérium. Jejich vůdci vládnou jednotlivému městu.
Nedávno bylo město přesunuté, včetně Violet Citadel do Northrendu, kde se vznáší nad Crystalsong Forest - blízko hranici s Icecrown. Dalaran je jedním z originálních sedmi království vznikající z dnů Nation of Arathor, kterému vládneou Kirin Tor.
Dalaran se přesune na Broken Isles, kde se mágové Kirin Tor chtějí držet v blízkosti událostem Plamenné Legie. Je to už třetí invaze od Hrobky Sargeras, padlého titána a Ravager světů. Plovoucá město příjímá několik vylepšení a nachází se v jižním Broken Isles, jižně od Suramar a jihovýchodní Azsuna.
Navzdory jeho neklidné minulosti a nejisté budoucnosti, historicky městský stát Dalaran zůstává světově nejproslulejší institucí pro studium tajemných kouzel. Je to domov s nejvíce kouzelníků na světě.
